01 / INTRODUCTORY SYSTEM

SIGNAL → JUDGEMENT → ACTION

I don’t stop
at the insight.

I work where customer behaviour, operational detail and commercial decisions meet. At CDK Global and insightsoftware, I’ve turned activity data into reporting that helps teams see what matters and act on it.

Now studying MSc Business Analytics at Newcastle University, I bring that same discipline to the products I build independently. VXL, Sportxin and Ignyxx are a record of how I learn: identify the friction, make a decision, ship something useful.

My next step is a role where analytical thinking, customer understanding and hands-on ownership make a meaningful contribution within a team.

SIGNAL → PRIORITY → ACTION

You have the data.
What happens next?

36 customer accounts. Limited time. Different signals. Build a follow-up queue and explore the trade-offs. This is the kind of thinking behind my reporting and customer-success work: make the signal visible, then turn it into a practical next step.

03 / FIRST FIVE FOLLOW-UPS

Behind the model / assumptions & limits

All 36 accounts are fictional. Monthly values, usage indices and overdue days are fixed sample inputs. Risk score = 60% × (100 − usage index) + 40% × overdue severity, where overdue severity reaches 100 at 60 days. Engagement drop reduces each usage index, with a floor of zero.

Risk-weighted value = monthly account value × risk score / 100. Coverage is the share of this total represented by accounts in the queue. The balanced strategy ranks by risk-weighted value; the other strategies rank by risk score or monthly value. The comparison uses the first accounts in ID order with the same capacity. “pp” means percentage points. This is a prioritisation illustration, not a calibrated probability, revenue forecast or claimed client result. It does not estimate the effect of contacting an account.
